Recently the council has put forward plans to take a large amount of land out of the Green Belt.
Simon Werner says, “We desperately need low cost housing for our young people and older people who want to downsize.”
“But there are brown field sites all over the Borough that should be used before the Green Belt is even looked at.”
“It is really disappointing that the council is looking at plans to sacrifice our precious Green Belt, especially to the north of Maidenhead.”
