Residents who pay for parking on line at Nicholson’s Broadway Car Park have been told that they will need to register on a new system only a year after the old system was introduced.
Parkeon, the company which installed the pay-on-exit system at the Nicholson (Broadway) car park earlier this year, has informed the Royal Borough that the online payment facility the ParkingPal system is being replaced with a new service called ParkREG
The Borough Council has admitted to glitches in the system. Many local people, that do not have internet access, have complained that they are no longer able to access free parking in the evening which all local residents were promised.
