Your local FOCUS team have continued to speak regularly with the police and the council about local anti-social and crime issues in Pinkneys Green and Furze Platt.
Simon Werner says, “Dog fouling in our streets and in our green spaces – like Oaken Grove, Punt Hill, Moffy Hill and Shifford Crescent – is getting worse again. Signs have been put up in some parks but we are calling for more action to deal with those few irresponsible dog owners.”
“There is also a problem with some dogs running wild in Oaken Grove and scaring other dog owners and park users. We have spoken to the police and the council about dealing with this before someone gets hurt.”
