When the Conservative Council cancelled our bus service without telling any one, it was the Lib Dems who led the fight to return the buses – and they won! Then when the Council put up the charge for using the day centre in Gardner Road by 1,000% it was again the Lib Dems who leaped to our defence.
The Lib Dems really seem to care about the problems of older people and really fight for us.
